In addition, this class develops sharp arm motions, timing, and overall performance skills to create clean, confident cheerleaders ready to shine on the mat or sidelines.

Stunting
Athletes will learn proper technique for bases, flyers, and spotters while focusing on safety, teamwork, and progression. From beginner stunts to more advanced skills, this class helps cheerleaders improve balance, strength, and timing while having fun and working together.

Tumbling
Athletes will work on rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks, and more—building strength, flexibility, and confidence every step of the way. With a focus on safe progressions and proper technique, this class helps cheerleaders gain the power and skills needed to take their routines to the next level.
