GYMNASTICS PARTY

ONLY AVAILABLE IN

2015 B 

How many guests can I invite?  You can invite as many guests as you want.  Be aware we have 3 circle tables that fit about 8 chairs at each table.  We also have two large bleachers in the party area for parents or guest to use as well. 

What does Summit provide? 

  • -A fabulous facility for gymnastics & tons of fun
  • -2 Party Hosts to help w/ gymnastics & clean up
  • -Party Tables & Chairs  
  • -We do not provide any food/drinks/table clothes/utensils or party supplies
  • -Party Invitation template

What Ages are the Gymnastics Parties?:  The majority of guests should 4+.  Younger guests may attend, however they must be accompanied by a parent for the entirety of the party.

What is the cost?  $325  ($100 deposit must be paid to book & remainder paid on day of party)

How do I book a party?  Click on the “Book your Party”  Button at the top of the page.  The page will take you to our calendar.  Choose the date you want to book, and click on your party type.  It will take you to our registration form, waivers, and payment for your deposit.  

Liability Waivers?  Every party participant must have a waiver signed by their parent/legal guardian to participate.  No exceptions will be made.  So please plan to send cousins, friends, car-poolers a copy of our waiver or they can print one online. 

Party Timeline: 1.5 hrs

  • -Equipment/Play Time:  1hr – 1hr & 15 minutes depending on presents time
    • -We start with a giant parachute as an “ice breaker/warm up” and a fun interactive mini gymnastics course & bounce house.  Then we will spend time on Olympic Events including beams, bars, and vault according to what the birthday boy or girl is most excited to do with their friends!  We close w/ free time on our in ground trampolines, tumble trak and foam pit.  
    • -Before going into the food area, we sanitize hands & take a group photo!  After play time, no party guests are permitted back on the gymnastics areas.
  • -Food/Cake/Presents:  15-30 mins
    • -After the group photo, we will head to the party area.  This is a time for food, drinks, cake, & possibly opening presents if time permits. 
  • -End of the Party: 
    • -After your party time is up, Summit Staff will begin to clean up & make sure the area is ready for the next party. 
    • -We ask that you respect our facility, and vacate the area after your time.  

NINJA WARRIOR PARTY

    • -Before going into the food area, we sanitize hands & take a group photo!  After play time, no party guests are permitted back on the carpet areas or equipment.
  • -Food/Cake/Presents:  15-30 mins
    • -After the group photo, we will head to the party area.  This is a time for food, drinks, cake, & possibly opening presents if time permits. 
  • -End of the Party: 
    • -After your party time is up, Summit Staff will begin to clean up & make sure the area is ready for the next party. 
    • -We ask that you respect our facility, and vacate the area after your time.

NERF BATTLE PARTY

How many guests can I invite?  You can invite as many guests as you want.  Be aware we have 3 rectangle tables that fit about 10 chairs at each table.  We will have some extra space for additional guests, but the extra space would be standing room. 

What does Summit provide? 

  • -Nerf Guns, Bullets, Safety Glasses, Huge Obstacle Course Bounce House, Velcro Bounce House, and a 40 ft tumble Tumble Trak
  • -1 Party Host to help w/ Nerf Battle & clean up
  • -Party Tables & Chairs  
  • -We do not provide any food/drinks/table clothes/utensils or party supplies

What Ages are the Nerf Parties?:  Nerf Parties are only for ages 7+.

    • -Before going into the food area, we sanitize hands & take a group photo!  After play time, no party guests are permitted back on the carpeted areas or equipment.

How many guests can I invite?  You can invite as many guests as you want.  Suggested cut off for 2015 B is 25 & 2015 A is 20.  If you don’t mind standing room, invite as many as you want!  The price is a set flat fee.

2015 B

  • -Unstructured play on gymnastics equipment, trampolines, foam pit, rope swing, etc..

2015 A

  • -Unstructured play on our huge obstacle course bounce house, velcro bounce house, 40 ft tumble trak, basket ball goal, corn hole, and spring floors.  This party will not go into the big gym to go on to the foam pit or trampolines.

  • -Party Tables & Chairs

What Ages are the Open Gym Parties?:  The majority of guests should 5+.  Younger guests may attend, however they must be accompanied by a parent for the entirety of the party.

    • -2015 A:  after the rules have been discussed, party participants will have free time on our huge obstacle course bounce house, velcro bounce house, 40 ft tumble trak, basket ball goal, corn hole, and open play on the spring floor.  Please be aware this party will not go into the big gym to go in the foam pit  or trampolines.
    • -Before going into the food area, we sanitize hands & take a group photo!  After play time, no party guests are permitted back on the carpeted areas or equipment.
