Our Aerial Silks program is growing rapidly!!!
Aerial Silks is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric. This type of aerial acrobatics is a beautiful display of strength, flexibility and creativity! Our instructors are very passionate about the sport/art, and ready to inspire students!
We Generally have 2 showcases per year where our students get to perform in front of friends & family at the gym! Participation in the performance is encouraged but always optional!
Special Events:
Outdoor Festivals: Our amazing silks instructor has an outdoor rig that she can take to almost any event. Some of our students join her from time to time! See the pics below to see some of our past events!
Birthday Parties: We offer small birthday parties centered around aerial silks and possibly lyra or some circus activities.
Bachelorette Parties: It's a great way to kick off a your bachelorette weekend in Nashville.
